Hi everyone

I'm an indecisive person unfortunately.

I want to order a Classic Stingray 4 and a Ray 5HS, but I'm just doing my research before.

Firstly, are the classic stingrays going to be limited or will they still be available next year?

Secondly, which colour, in your opinion, works best on the Classic Ray? I'm going towards powder blue/tort/maple. Is this as nice as it looks in the pictures?!

Thanks

I believe the Classic Series is not a limited run. But I've said it before and I'll say it again, I have been known to be wrong at times...

They all look good. However, I've seen white in person and it is beautiful (after mint green)

I'm sure they look even better in person.

Powder Blue with tort + maple would be my choice too, BEYUTYFUL

From my personal experience, view all pics of the Classic series with a grain of salt (for lack of a better cliche).

My Classic white Ray looks different from any pictures I've seen on the web via bass message boards, ebmm website or retail website or the pictures I've taken and posted on the web. I posted my experience in another thread but to reiterate, my bass, in person is a 'vintage' or 'aged white'. In pictures it looks Olympic or Ivory white.

I'm very happy so far with my Classic and I'm glad it's not Olympic\Ivory white as it looks in pics. Although I wouldn't have been disappointed with that either. Regardless of finish, it plays and sounds great! :)
