Classic SR 5/ SUB 5 pickguards compatible?

Does anyone know (for a fact) that the Classic SR 5 pickguard is compatible (screw holes and all) with the SUB 5?

You can send me your classic and I will see if the plate from my sub 5 fits. It might take awile to send it back though!
