.Shell Pink, Fiesta Red, Sonic Blue and Surf Green seem to be the new colors, I'm so happy because I wanted to get a surf green but would have held out to see when you come up with the red. But now I see your doin both at the same time!!!! I'm so happy, I WILL order one of these, even looking at the pink (doubt it though) that you ernieball for giving us so many choices. Howevr you might want to stop somewhere as you can see the more yo offer the more we ask for

Shell Pink is an awesome color. I have a ('nother brand) bass in that finish with white guard and maple board, and it's simply a stunning color.

I'm kinda confused about this thread...have these colors been announced anywhere?

So then that beautiful natural ash isn't going to happen?

I kinda read the BPL this as a bunch of show models. I guess we'll eventually find out.

I think if they did these colors first I would be perfect! Only because natural is already available and buttercream was done in 05-06? I think I'm gonna go with the seafoam but I'll have to see the red and pink first

Seafoam green with a maple neck would be sweet, but i still want a vintage white trans
with a status neck and black hardware.

Has EBMM ever done shell pink before?
If so, anybody have any pics?
Thanks

Don't think so - it's an old Fender colour, as are the other three listed (Flea used a Jazz in shell pink for a couple of tours a couple of years back).

EBMM did Peach as one of three or so special order colours in the late 80s (with vintage sunburst and trans white) - it goes pink in some lights. There's a pic in the colours sticky thread - plus Tony Levin uses an SR5 in that colour - that's the closest EBMM have got to pink before to my knowledge! Peach seems to have been replaced by butterscotch as the third special order colour according to the spec sheets which came with my 93 Stingray fretless. Anybody ever seen a butterscotch Ray
