Claypool w/ Stingray?

So my buddy was at SXSW and ended up taking a bunch of pics of some gig tom morello was doing. anywho... one of the pics was from behind and you could distinctly see the MM headstock.... turns out the bassit was Les Claypool

dunno if it was a loner bass or what but either way thats pretty rad.

He doesnt have any good pics tho. Ill see if any of teh pics distinctly show les and the sr4... if so ill snag em and post em for you cats

id imagine in an SXSW setting that its probably a loner. but still its pretty badass. ill call my friend who knows someone who knows someone who someone and see if they have any more info.

total crap sound quality, looks like a burst of some sort. You can see it well when a flash goes off.

looks like a black cherry burst, non matching headstock.

I have seen him play on several occasions. I find his schtick gets old after a song or 2. As well as his dry, clanky tone.
