Hello, I would like to know what product to use product to cleanse and nourish the wood of the guitar neck (front / back).
The guitar is a Steve Lukather 3.

Is that the full rosewood neck or the roasted maple with rosewood fingerboard ????
 
The unfinished roasted maple neck on the LIII is cared for the same way as the regular Music Man unfinished maple necks. Personally, I give it a regular wipe with a slightly damp cloth and a paper towel, and perhaps once a year do a more thorough cleaning or very light sanding followed by an oil/wax treatment on the back of the neck.
