Come in here dear boy, have a cigar. You're gonna go far!

(sorry, completely O/T, but it just sprung straight into my head)

Joe G., EB Purchasing, is our in house cigar expert. If I was on "So you want to be a millionaire" and got asked a cigar question...I'd use a lifeline to call Joe! I only bummer is he's a Steeler Fan......................49ers 23 Steeler 20 :p

I enjoy a nice cigar with some good drink and good friends. I'm not knowledgable on the subject, though. Maybe I need to join a cigar forum to learn from experts (as I do about guitars on this forum). :)

BP, I highly recommend Palm Desert Tobacco on El Paseo. I've known the owner Brian Bruning for years. He's a down to earth, knowledgeable and fun-loving man and stocks a variety of cigars and other tobacco products.

I don't smoke as much as I used to but love a medium to full robusto every now and then.

Randdracula, I used to love the drug store brand, Muriel Airtips, for a quicky.

Anyone ever try any of those online stores like Holt or Thompson (sp?)

I just started so I am looking for a smooth, semi-sweet cigar...smaller size, don't want a mule dick in my mouth...compatible with a martini type drink...the Cuban Honeys I have tried which are not bad. Suggestions...recommendations?

Man, that was hilarious. It reminds me when you see the b&w pics of Al Capone with that big ole nasty cigar hanging from the corner of his mouth

I will say, fatter ring gauge cigars yield a smoother, cooler smoke. (in general) On occasion, I've had a few that darn well give you lock jaw. :D

Back on subject:
Of all the things you could have asked, Sweet/flavored cigars are not my specialty. But, several of my good friends are in tobacco business (it comes in handy). I'll present the question and have you an answer.
Should have you some info around noon, shortly after, that being Thursday... eastern time. :D

I guess "sweet" wasn't really the word I should have used...looking for a slightly spicy, flavorful smoke...not too strong or over bearing.

Cuban Honeys are considered "flavored cigars".
So, I was following that path.

CAO has a flavored line
Moontrance - most popular; exotic fruit, bourbon, & vanilla
Gold Honey - comparable to the Cuban Honeys

Cojimar is another popular line along with Heavenly Cigars. (all fall under flavored cigars)
though, from your post above, you may be looking for something else than flavored.
Sending you an email.

Almost anything in the Arturo Fuente line - natural wrapper - fits that description. High quality consistent cigars - great smokes.
