Cobalt availability?

Is the company having a hard time keeping up with demand? Having a real hard time trying to find them. Seem to be sold out everywhere around here.

They are certainly popular and they are flying off the shelves.

Have you tried LA Music? I purchased some there about a month ago. Some of the L&M stores across the country have them listed as being in stock (none available in their on-line store). No doubt they are still hard to find. I think many retailers are still testing the waters and are hesitiant to order a whole bunch of inventory that may not move.

I assumed they were selling pretty quick. I'm looking for 9-42 or 10-46 to give them a try. I think a lot of stores got a first shipment and that's it so far. There are only a couple of L&M's that have them. None close to me. I'll give LA Music a try. I know a couple of guys there. They are about a 30 minute drive from me. I've gotta see if they'll do free shipping or pick them up cause I don't think it's worth paying shipping on strings.

Hmmmm, 1 hr round trip, with Canadaian gas prices + your time...if thats worth anything. And your worried about paying shipping costs? Geeez you cheap skate ! Order bulk from Ebay or Amazon. Pay the 5 loonies for shipping and they will be at your door in 5 days ! Just having a laugh, so don't get yer undies all tied up. Get the Cobalts. Simply amazing strings !! good luck !

I get what you're sayin.....Crazy gas prices....agreed. But I don't waste my time when I'm there. I don't go there just to get supplies. I used to make the trip 1 or 2 times a month. Cause I'd go there and "shoot the s**t" with the guys and there is another shop I'd visit that's right across the street and chit chat with those guys as well. And pick up what I needed then. And I do worry about shipping prices. I want to get a couple of packs just to try them out. The price will be just over $21. And they are gonna charge $14.95 for shipping??? No thanks. I'll order bulk when I know I like them.
