These are the best flats ever. I tried a Stingray with some and loved them. My Classic 4 Roasted Neck is getting them tonight.

agree wholeheartedly. I bought a set to try and really like the tone and feel, much better finger feel than the cobalt rounds.

They sound great with a pick! They are neither too floppy nor too taut. I love playing them with a pick.

They respond similar to a round which is surprising. Very nice strings!
They seem to me to be of slightly less tension
than the Cobalt RW. I swapped off a set of RW
for Flats [both Coblat, both 105] and it caused
the relief to go somewhat flatter. I hadda back
of the truss rod to get enuf relief to eliminate
some fret clatter, which had not been present
with the RW ... even tho in my experience RW
accentuate clatter while flats help to reduce it.
At present the rod cannot be further loosened,
but the set-up was done during a verrry humid
August, so come winter, it will prolly need just
a bit of tightening [USA SUB].
