Hey guys I realize it's been awhile, and I feel a bit wierd posting this, but I'd like some comments on this new tune we're working on (still a work in progress). Now the keys are a little strong in the mix, and things were recorded with just the one mic (and a cheap one at that).
Of course it features the ever popular EBMM JP7. Anyway, if I can't come to you for comments, who can I go to;)
Cheers!

Koogie defected?

Raz,
I got dial up.
I've given up trying to download.
Glad the band is still happening and progressing.
Recording effectively ended my last band.
Good luck.

Koogie defects?
Go figure.

Raz, I posted in another thread that Foggy started, that you have improved a lot. But now with this keyboard it sounds even better. I especially like the ending part with this keyboard's pads

Thanks guys, I really mean it. I must say, I have to hand it to each and everyone of you and others, pro and amateur alike who are involved in a band...it sure isn't easy...fotunately for me this bunch of guys is well suited to put up with me.

Kbaim, it won't stream for you? Anyway , I hear ya on the whole thing, like I said it's tough. I must say that since this band started, my skills have slipped. I tend to be writing more than playing.

Hey you know, I would love to play bass...when I think of it, it's almost as if I should be playing bass, I'm more of a single note, rythmy kind of guy, and it's cool cause you always grooving...well maybe if I was younger I would start.

Thanks guys, you're the best!

HEHEHEHEHEH.....NEVER! However, I have the opportunity to make some great music with some great musicians and I have picked up the bass much faster than the guitar. But, my love of the guitar will show. A few of the tunes we are working on are my originals (kbaim and few others have heard the rough parts), so it was natural for me to put the bass parts on it. I just got lucky with a great guitarist and drummer who have patience and let me do my thing. Surprises me at how fast I have gotten the bass down.....still practice the guitar of course....as it is my main love!

Defect....nope. I still play EBMM!

Now if you got a six string bass, you'd atleast still be considered cool:D

No way. I like the old school 4 bangers! 5 and 6 string basses are for the truly gifted musicians unlike myself! hehehehehe........I'm so not cool....;)
