I am new to this forum from Indonesia and, I currently owned a 1997 Natural Velvet SR4H bass.
About 2 weeks ago I contacted EB CS by email asking for replacement parts (pick guard and an output jack) for my SR. And the prompt reply was always so fast, Mr. Stiff was the guy that handle my case. Then after, discussing for the payment method, I can only do Bank wire, I was hoping that they would accept bank wire as form of payment, but unfortunately they don't...so I forget about it.

And Today...a package came to my APO AE address in Baghdad, Iraq. and guess what, EBMM sent me a free brand new Pick Guard via USPS priority mail.

My bass now looks even more fantastic.

There's a reason why I look at nothing but EB instruments when I'm looking for new basses ... Simply the best!

Yes, they're the best Customer Service.
And what I like about EBMM is that we can find lots of informations about their product, ie; exact production date while the other big company can only provide year of production.

The peeps at EB/MM Customer Service should be sent on an around-the-World tour to show the rest of the business World how CS should be done.

One one hand, they're probably like the "Maytag" repair guy with nuthin' to do, because QC is so high, but when..if stuff happens, Boy, do they ever get the job done!

I had a gigbag; small tear, new one sent right away, no ??'s /no probs.

Ha! Amazing!

They truly are 'da bomb.

I live in Canada and received absolutely stellar customer service when my SR4 needed a fix. I was so impressed with the end result and could not have asked for better service.
