I use a Wounded Paw Battering Ram. It's behaved well with every bass I've run through it, 18V active EBMM's included. Both the overdrive channel and the fuzz channel sound great. Considering it's really two separate pedals run in parallel, the $190 price tag is pretty reasonable:
