Neck Adjustment

Hi Jon,
I just got a new Albert Lee Limited edition. I have had it a week and I have to adjust the neck several times within 3-4 hours of daily playing to maintain the correct pitch. It goes way sharp (on a peterson strobostomp tuner) so I dial in some relief as needed. I live in NC and the guitar came from California. Is this normal for your guitars to have a period of fluctuation for a climate change?
Would the neck seal be a good idea?
This is my second Albert Lee and the other one which I have had 3 weeks still goes sharp.
Please advise.
thank-you,
alvis

No problem at all. I will joyfully do the work, but I was trying to stress the fact that most times it just doesn't need to be done. I am leaving friday for Jazzfest in New Orleans and won't be back to work until Wed. so be patient.

Thanks Jon, I do understand. Not a problem - I'll be patient. I've read SOOOOO many great things about your work, it will be worth it. :D (Although I must admit that I've gotten so attached to it that it is difficult to be without!)

Have fun at Jazzfest!
Thanks again,

Albert Lee Model Going Sharp

Is your guitar a trem or hardtail?
The Limited Edition that I have had for a week is a hardtail.
The other is a tremelo.
