So memorial day, I have my friend meet me at the Guitar Center in El Toro. He sold his guitar a couple years ago and has been borrowing different people's guitars, but wants a new one. GC has a couple good deals going on on LPs and the new LTDs were in so he checked out an LP Studio, and LP Classic 1960's, and an LTD EC1000 through a Mesa Triple Rec. He grew up playing high gain metal. So anyway, he's checking out the guitars and I go grab a pacific blueburst axis super sport to let him check out. He plays it for a minute and is completely over the other guitars. I look around and find a luke, so he can see an EBMM with emgs, but he is still sold on the axis... sort of. His only disdain is the color. He prefers red. So I take him to the little computer they have to check prices on and show him the red colors axis comes in. That's when he sees the 25th. So he looks at it and says to me, "I want that one." Awesome, he's ordering a 25th next week. Jealous? I think so...

Ugh, BP are you serious? I have to work all day. What are these rare items you speak of? And what are these good prices... If there is a burnt apple silo involved I might cry...

By the way BP, I was planning to go tomorrow. I'll probably even bring one or two of my kids..... they love Steve Morse.

I was going to try to make it tomorrow as well. I'm thinking about bringing the Dargie...would be super cool to have Luke and BP sign it.

Nice one - people do convert to EB.
Even my Luthier mate - he was talking to a customer- he was doing work on his Axis and he was singing the praises of EB.

Also bring your bfr's and dargies as Dargie and Brian will be there too We are happy to sign anything

I know it's a long shot but I don't suppose you guys will be bring your clinics on the road to the UK?

My Dargie needs you pens! - plus I reckon the UK GP Nuts would go crazy, and GC could test the UK/European markets??

Hopeful of Scotland.
