? about Silo's Trem Arm

So in this video, Johnny's Silo's trem arm stays in one place while he is play.

I have a 1997 Axis Sport. My trem arm flies all over the place as I place, especially if I am rocking out on stage and dancing around. It ends up wacking me in the fingers, which rather hurts.

Is there anything I could do to get the trem arm to stiffen up in that socket?

Thank you for that link. I think i remember someone talking about how to do that, but I never saw that picture. It made things so much clearer. I wish I had seen that years ago. Love this board!!!
