I feel your pain bro.That happened to me with a lefty Dargie Luke. I was "this" close to buying it online. Jason at Drum City Guitarland told me that I missed it by like 15 minutes!!! I was devastated. I believe thay only made 4 of them. So when I saw that the Luke LE07 was "Coming Soon" on their website, I snatched it up immediately. next time, throw a deposit down, if they let you.

sounds good on paper. But, I HAD to have a new MESA LONESTAR they were blowing out for $975. Adding a lukeBFR on the visa with a JP6LE07 in the oven was a huge thing to contemplate.

how was that particular one? did it play well? did it have a good looking top?
I'm asking cause thats the one that I bought and is being delivered to me.
There is a bfr in nyc,14th st store. I saw it. It has a quilt top which i was not terribly impressed with (the top that is). I heard there is one in Atlanta. There is one on the north dallas store, which one of the guys here on the forum checked out and gave his approval. there are at least 3 in CA, one for sure in the hollywood store.
anyway, they can look it up at your local GC and find every one available. Won't say if its quilt or flame though, they have to call the store to find that out. 3 were bought by guys on the forum(including me). You could be number 4.

Dude...we went after the same Dargie. I called DCGL and asked for a price, they said they would get back to me...the next day, it was gone!

I still got mine though....I think it was the last Lefty Luke Dargie.
