Creaky noises from the JP6 Trem

It looks like the knife edge at the top of the bridge (closest to the low E string) may be worn a little. I was cleaning the guitar and was going to lube the knife edges when I saw this. I am attaching two pictures of the same. They are not very good, but it's the best I could manage. The edge is not a smooth semi-circle anymore. It seems to be eaten away a bit at the top. Look how the second edge seems so smooth in comparison. What can I do about this? I would really value your input on this Jon. Thanks!

That happens to every bridge after it is used. If you put a new one on it would do the same thing. It is normal.

Thanks Jon. I was scared that I might have to replace the bridge. I have lubed the nut slots and the knife edges, and threaded in some tissue paper through the trem springs. Once I re-string the guitar, the noise will hopefully have gone away :)
