No problems with neck dive or anything, just a little sweeter than a regular Bongo, that's all

I've had two BFR -necked basses and checked the weight of each neck vs a maple/rosewood version I had and they were really close in weight - about 0.2 lbs heavier at most. So neck dive isn't a problem at all.
