BP, I appreciate all that you do. Sure, there are things on my basses or guitars that I would love to have that aren't offered by EBMM on a regular basis but I am okay with that because I am yet to play a MM bass or guitar that I don't like. Also, I would rather the company keep going how it is and keep having success than me getting my own way of a custom things added but in turn, it makes others lose their jobs or EBMM decline because the company is not set up to do custom stuff. I also appreciate though too, the limited stuff that does come out once or twice a year. I think it gives a nice balance of stuff not always offered. For example, the PDN guitars and basses that just came out. In 2010, I ordered a BFR Roasted Neck Bongo and loved it. I love the roasted necks but understood it was only a limited run and I could not order any more. Then when the PDN order came out, I was stoked more than anything to see the roasted necks brought back but this time with a satin finish so I ordered one of those that should now be finished being built in January. But the thing I love the most about EBMM is the customer service. Everyone has always been great to deal with. Because of how I have been treated by your company, I do my best to promote EBMM guitars, basses and other products whereever I go when I am dealing with other musicians. What has been really neat is in the last few months, the doors have opened up for me to talk to a few other people and share my knowledge with them about the company and it's products. Hopefully, in turn, those people are also giving the brand a try. I know a few who have been raving over a few of my Bongo's.
