The Musikmesse is very expensive and I remember BP saying that it is more or less useless in terms of incrasing sales, so they do not make an EB-booth there. Musik Meyer had an Big Al and a 25th last year, but not available to the public.

I think this is sad because I really enjoyed the pictures from NAMM with the spacesuits and stuff. On the other hand I can understand that the focus of EB is on the US market primarily. It is better to spend money for innovation than to spend it for fairs.

Frankfurt Music Show is top of the tops in the Europe!
Europe is over 500 million citizens market!

I remember, I bought "The Bass of the Year 1988." shown there! (well, 2 years after actually)

Everybody calm down...If Frankfurt wasnt so damn close to NAMM ANAHEIM (The biggest guitar show in the world) it might make sense. WE sell to distributors and they are all at NAMM..Why go to Frankfurt 10 weeks later to show the same stuff...

Musik Meyer had some custom JP guitars at the show! Radiance Red with Stealth Hardware -- killer. They have ordered the Big AL 5er, as well! Call your nearest dealer and place your orders!!

By the way I was searching a little over the net about this great musician, I didn't know much about him before!

Does this whole thread "smells" on first EBMM signature bass?
