1.You stop your planned production... search for the trans black in the enviormentally monitored very crowded paint room........ clean the gun that you just used for the 50 trans red......... stop and shoot the **** with the other guys on the way back from the paint room...... break bell rings and you have bad coffee and a ciggie....oh yeah where were we....... were are still trying to find that one can of trans black....yeah found it....load the gun do a test spray on a small sample of maple to make sure you have got the mix right............ then you spray the body...........go get Dudley .........Dudley is on the phone..........go stop one of the veteran engineers to check paint job since you have never even seen a trans black much less painted one. engineer rejects...Dudley overrules engineer.............Lunch time..........come back where was I......oh yeah send the trans black to buffing......Musphys Law time....when you only have one of an item the buffer drops it or buffs through....repeat previous steps stealing a body that was promised to someone else.....Go upstairs and explain to production control that there was a buff through on the one off trans black.....explain that you had to steal Koogies body he's been waiting for ......production control backs failed part out of system issues new work order for Koogies.........repeat steps 1-15....New body makes it through set up......ship out.....murphys law 2....UPS LOSES OR DAMAGES IT. Clean the balck gun out........load with clear for top coat..........break bell agian..... one guitart has been painted. your guitar I seel wholesale to the dealer has now cost me 3 grand....you get it and are dissappointed with trans black...dargin argues with the dealer.....you post that our trans black sucks on Harmony Central
