You know those little bags of rock salt you get when you buy electronic gear? I throw a couple of those into my bass cases because I live near the ocean. I acquired a few basses this year and I've run out of those little bags--they're called "dessicants". I looked around but couldn't find a vendor.
I called AJ and asked him if I could buy some from EBMM. He said he'd ship me a dozen today. I'm pretty certain that if I'd called any other manufacturer I'd still be on "hold" or endlessly shuffling through a series of forwarded calls and voice mail. I don't even know if it's an item they usually stock for sale.
EBMM comes through every time, no matter how obscure my request. So, thanks again, AJ, and the girls at the Ranch thank you, too. You guys are the best!
