just called EB Customer Service and talked to AJ. Again, i am very pleased in the way they handle orders. I am not so used to getting a hold of someone without being on hold for certain amount of time and with my experience with EB Customer Service, i never have to hold. They are fast, efficient and knowledgeable.

i just ordered two backplates for my JP guitars. I had a meet and greet ticket for the DT concert in San Jose and JP signed the back plates. Now i am retiring them as i don't want them to fade.

EBMM customer service really is a rarity. I always likes companies small enough that I get my help from people with actual names and responsibilities. Not to mention these guys do great work. Kudos to all and their service is a boon to EBMM players.

The best thing about it is there isn't a automated receptionist.

A real person is a great thing instead of press 1 2 or 3
