I haven't been posting here a while, because I was extremely busy - gigging, recording, writing new music, practicing, rehearsing...

This happened to me about one and a half month ago and I really wanted to post this story on the forum, but I didn't manage to find the time to do so before now.
So, while I was playing my white JP, I tried to flick the pickup switch to neck position, but it got stuck in the middle position. I was unable to switch it to neck postition. It worked in the bridge and middle position, but it got stuck whenever I tried to
flick it to the neck position.
So, I've sent an e-mail to customer service and they sent me the new switch right away and I got it one week later (which is awesome considering the fact that I live half the world away).

I just wanted to thank EB customer service (especially Dan) once again! You rock! ;)

CS is great no doubt. Got some E-Mails with them and it was always very cool and fast and helpful.

In the beginning of 2008 I got a similar problem like you, Ivan - 3 way switch of my Morse didn´t work in the same way you describe. I ordered one in my local store, waited 3 weeks made 3 or 4 phone calls during this time to the store - nothing happened. Then I had 1 E-Mail to the German distributor, Musik Meyer, and they sent the switch to me within 2 days. This showed me were the problem has been!

So, CS rocks, but distributors are very good, too ;)

No doubt about that... They recitified a problem FOC for me halfway around the world when I was prepared to pay for it... That's awesome!!!! My friends (who also own guitar shops) were SHOCKED to see an EBMM envelope (with something inside) sent to me FOC... They said they had never experieced service like this...

I always tell them: "When you finally grow up, you should go buy some balls..."

When I bought my Sub bass used it was missing some saddle adjustment alan pieces. I simply emailed CS as to where to buy them. Didn't expect a FOC delivery and some stickers. I wouldn't have felt bad about paying though. Awesome.

The way it should be in all companies and the buisness would be more peace and respectful. I try the same in my shop and I always believe the good will be the winners.
