To make long story short : needed replacement parts for my Luke bridge so I contacted Nathan,
He did really great job, besides of being truly professional and competent he's really nice guy - two thumbs up !
Once again , thank you very much Nathan !!!
I read many times here threads about CS quality, now I know what they mean for sure :)
 
Really nice to know CS rocks! You never know when you'll need a guitar doctor and is nice to know a helping hand will be there when the time comes!
 
Jacob Rocha has helped me a couple of times. Super guy and gets the answer quickly.

Drew also. Although he is busy and it takes a little longer for the response, the response you get is dead center.

Nothing but a great experience with Ernie Ball so far and don't expect anything less.
