I have had some recent experience with MM Customer Service. They are truly excellent and should serve as a model for other companies. They are polite, they responde quickly and they follow-up on their words. What more could be asked?

I recently ordered a nice Italian leather strap from a small company not too far from the MM factory in California. They used high quality leather but their ordering process and customer service were horrendous. The tail piece holes were cut smaller than the strap hole. They would not fit my Sterling. I sent then an email and never heard back. I also sent then inquiry emails prior to ordering and never heard back. When you call their number you get an answering machine and are directed to send them an email. Only once, did I reach a human. They have the potential to be a great alternative to the Moody Leather straps but they fall short on customer service.

I'm not one to jump on bandwagons, but I am really impressed with MM. Great product, reasonable price and excellent customer service.
