So here is the story - I phoned customer service today to order a new trem-bar for my 98 Silo Special (long story short - a previous owner threaded in a strat arm - but the snap in still works)....

After AJ took my order and payment info, he very courteously asked if I needed anything else at this time to which I replied "you could throw in an Armada and/or a JP13"..... to which he laughed at me!!!!!

Oh well, I tried!!!!!

Seriously - Music Man customer service rocks!!!!

I've called A.J. a few times, and he's always very friendly and ships stuff out right away. I'm very happy with ebmm customer service.

Sorry Mike, you'll have to buy one like the rest of us. :D

The Thing that i LOVE about EBMM customer service is they're genuine people who love the gear just as much as we do. It's not a front at all...

I met a lot of the guys last year at NAMM and they were all incredible... I will never forget that NAMM it was a very special experience for me.

The handful of times I've talked on the phone and/or emailed anyone at EBMM I have always been treated with respect and appreciation. First class, top shelf experiences every time.

Neck plate on my Al hh cracked a few months ago , phoned strings & things uk and within a few weeks new plate . They really are the best in the buisiness...

Hmm, I've written two emails to CS, no answers.... A couple years ago was different, fast response... Generally MM CS is awsome.

Not trying to stroke AJ's ego but I had a cat stuck in a tree WITH my xwife once....he saved the cat and left the x......not only brave but smart....you rock AJ!
