I think I got it! Neale was kind enough to show me how to do it. I had to grab a pliers and un-screw the low E fine tuner all the way to give the D Tuna enough room.

I'm still having a minor issue where I can't fine tune it when it's in drop D because the fine tuner is out too far, but at least it's functional now.

Thank you guys!

Im glad that worked for you, Make sure you use the long screw for the d-tuna as this will make sure its out far enough so you can fine tune. I'll send you pics if you need them.

Thanks again Neale. I'm using the long screw and it works will with the D Tuna in, but when I pull it out, the fine tuner doesnt make contact so I can't use it. If I tighten the fine tuner, then the D-Tuna won't slide back in.

Oddly enough it's functional right now. Not ideal, but it's working. You're saying on your Tribute, you can fine tune with the D-Tuna pulled out as well?

Yes no tuning problem at all, I have the same bridge as you. You should be able to too. I raised the fine tuner with pliers until the top of the dtuna touched the bridge and the dtuna was straight out with no angle towards the guitar. I included pictures so you can compare yours with, you can clearly see that I have it working just like a normal Axis Floyd. I hope this helps, let me know if this works for you.

Wow Richiesos! That guitar is absolutely gorgeous. I love green guitars and that is quite the eye catcher. That guitar needs its own thread with lots of pictures.
