I'm going to have to sell something, but so what?

Hmmm, maybe this is just BP's plan to get rid of my non-MusicMan basses.

:D

I'll give ya whatever coin I can for that nice sparkley bass of yours :D

Nice try, Henri, but note that I said "non-MM basses", of which there are very few around Camp Bovine these days.

I think my Fish and my, um, other brand of hollowbody are in serious danger.

I've been thinking about which of my basses to bring to the Birthday Bash, which is possible an entirely different thread, but I'm here now so that's that.

Not that I have the Big Scary Collection or anything, but I do have at least a couple of historically interesting basses. I think I absolutely have to bring:

a. The Flaming Biff.
b. The Big Poppa Bongo.

Other than that, I imagine BP will have some interesting things to show us.

You're certainly welcome to anything I have there, but again....I bet Biff will have some cool stuff. He always does.

Not sure if I "should" bring anything but if I did it would be the MG single H and the soon to be Stealth single coil HB Bongos. Got a feeling I won't need to bring anything really.

Seriously thinking about thinning out the rest of the herd except for a couple of special ones. Seriously. I mean it.

And so the pressure is on Darg as over 40% of respondents say that their buying decision will hinge on the appearance of the final design.

There is zero pressure on darg. Dont blame him. If this only sells a few it will prove many things...Green basses dont sell and forumites all want one off's. Lets see I offered Sterling's, Stingray's, Bongo's, Silhouette's, Lukes, Morses ,Petrucci's,Albert's, lefties, multiple lefties and many different pickup combos, but the pressure is on dargin? How do you figure?

BP: So these will say 'Dargie's Delights' on the headstocks and......

Dargin: What? No, wait. I want to remain anonymous! Why would my name be on the headstock?

BP: Too late.

No, no pressure on poor Dargin.

On the other hand, he's produced some really amazing instruments lately (with help from the regular suspects, aka Dudley), so there's no reason to suspect that these Green Meanies will be anything other than spectacular.

BP, the post is more like me trying to sound like a news correspondent than me trying to make an observation. Unfortunately the medium we are using can't convey emotion well.

Cheers.
