I suddenly really want a 30th Anniversary Stingray.

It's Tim Dawson's fault! I hate that guy!

And Steve Barr! He calls me, "You really should get a 30th."

Yeah, THANKS!

The good news (hah) is that I have no money. I just want people to feel sorry for me.

No need to stay up crying or anything, I've got good basses, but now I'm all forlorn and stuff.

Tim Dawson is evil, spread the word.

Yah...I'm a 5 stringer (as far as I can tell, for life), and a Bongoholic...but when I picked up a 30th during a visit to Indy in July, I was indeed tempted....

It's only the fact that it doesn't have enough strings that kept me from doing damage to my credit card. That mofo is a killer.

Poor Jack.

Poor, poor Jack.

Let us all shed a tear for the guy.

He's got a one-of-a-kind Bongo built just for him.

And a closet full of the coolest basses on the planet besides.

And a wonderful, lovely, understanding wife.

And a regular gig.

And a job apart from the regular gig.

And he's on a first-name basis with BP, Dargin, Beth, et. al.

He's got enough mojo to cause a major EBMM gathering at his house.

Oh...the TRAGEDY of it all!

*sob*

Won't you sponsor poor, poor Jack? A dollar a day is all it takes....

:p :p :p

With my newly acquired scholarship, funding a 20th will be no problem for me. :D :D :D

Jack, it's either the 20th or a Sterling 5 (if you can hold your GAS that long)

But dem 30th shore is purdy. :)

That's ok Jack...Ray was just on the horn and he Pathdoc'd off his 30th SR order for the 2006LE Bongo 4 H.

Nothing evil really...Ray's been on a Single Hummer frenzy since his first one and his 30th Ray came in the same day as I got in this yet unspoken for LE Bongo 4H in. So it's not a true "Pathdoc" since both basses are actually here and in stock.

It's more off a "which do you want me to ship in the morning?" kinda thing and he went with the LE Bongo 4H over the 30th Stingray since that's all he's playing now anyway....cheaper bass too so it meant lesh cash out of his pocket. I really did a "downsell" on him when you think about it.

Plus when his Stealth Bongo 4H comes in he'll have 3 Bongo 4H's which I do believe will make him the 4 string single hummer king no???

Those 30th Anniversary 'Rays are too fine. I should've spent more time playing Tim's the other night! I'd love to have one of those, but like so many other people, the funds just aren't there. :(
