So I bought a SUB4 when they first came out, loved it! Only thing that bothered me was the neck was a bit fat and the non contoured body bothered my forearm. So I found a used Sterling and bought it. Felt great! Love the neck, love the small body. Immediately moved my SUB4 to backup duties and never looked back. Until...
I sent my Sterling in to my Tech for a well needed setup, jammed last night and used the SUB4 for the first time in like a year. God! It sounded good! Loved the grind, it was bright and bassy.
Now what? Any thoughts on settings to make my Sterling a little more SUB4 (or I guess Stingray)ish? I can't go back to the SUB full time as it really starts to hurt, and I LOVE the way the Sterling plays.
