Summer NAMM (big musical manufacturers' trade show) is in Austin at the end of this week. Expect loads of photos!

Colin, I have no details at all about overseas ordering, but I do recall BP saying that forumites, regardless of geography, will have an opportunity to play!

Just curious........

When the ordering begins for the Dargie Delight basses, should I order via my local music store? Or will there be special ordering instructions?

I’ve been following this green thing and I’d love to get in on this special run, but I’m forcing myself to hold on to my dream of a lefty Sterling with the H/S configuration as my next EBMM.

But Beaver has this little natural/maple Sterling in stock; it could be here in two days…

I…Must…Wait…For…2 pickup lefty Sterling… I…Must…Wait…For…2 pickup lefty Sterling…

Here's your special ordering instructions:

Once the DD is available, e-mail Jack and order the one you want.

It's just that simple! ;)

Just a thought, logistically it might be easier for one person to take all the Dargie Green orders, with the basses then distributed by EB to our nearest dealer. As BP alluded, it may be hard enough trying to explain the special order to a large volume dealer, let alone a dealer who sells one or two EBMMs per year, or, in my case, a dealer who speaks a different language to me. I can't even get an answer from my local EBMM dealer to an enquiry on pricing for stock standard Stingrays and Bongos, so the chances of them being able to quote me a price on a special order are remote, to say the least. I've emailed Beth, so hopefully she might be able to assist in obtaining the pricing information. Fingers crossed.

the cream rises to the top.....the dealers that are most connected with their customers will reap thae largest award. I cannot collect orders and then hand them to a dealer who did absolutely nothing. Beth or Kevin will galdly help you get what you want. If any of you our of USA guys and gals have problems just let us know and we will steer you in a good direction

I don't forsee any problem. Most likely they will just call Dan and then hand the phone to me!

It's the best way to go!
