The Ernie Ball serial number finder App (below) doesn't normally record six-digit serials prefixed with a "B0" (like the old Pre-EB serials). However, bridges engraved with "B027xxx" serials are Ernie Ball (not Pre-EB). It is recorded on the App as "027070" or "27070" (you need to delete either the "B" or "B0" prefix when entering the serial number).
You will find that your 2EQ preamp is dated with a round sticker on the rear of the bass control pot. Also the neck heel and neck pocket on the body are both dated but the neck has to be removed to view them. The neck pocket can sometimes indicate if the body has been re-finished
