Welcome to the forums. And congrats on the Axis purchase. As our friend Roburado says, wait til tomorrow for a response. Nobody is there on the weekends. You should probably wait til sometime Monday afternoon. Don't forget they are in California and are on Pacific Time so depending on where you are in the country. They could be up to 3 hours behind.
