No, it really wasn't much, I just saw some fretwear, and did a leveling and crowning to it. I figured BP would want it done, and it really wasn't much, so, it's really like a new bass now. A really cool Blue Dawn bass. And lighter too!

YOU GUYS JUST ARE THE BEST!!! How cool is all this?

Jon, I can't wait to wear down one of my MM guitars enough that I can send it to you for some voodoo. I'll have to practice a lot more..:(

There goes a secret.... But let me remind you that I will always have a soft spot in my heart for nurses.....no bologna! Our family was saved by the kindness af a fraternity that I didnt know existed

I want you all to know that I would have prefered this to remain secret but I understand.
I also hope that you understand that I can't always do this but I have done it a few times and it feels good..........Thanks to Lisais for all she does in her line of work and her passion for music.

Hi LisaIs,
Help me with this one, OK? ... "A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house."

Thanx to some 'health careworkers', and a 'mystery man', my broken bones have fixed up well enough for me to play and appreciate my SR5s more than ever.
:)

Well, if I'm honest here, I have to say that although the gesture, bass, owner of said bass and the knockoff chair are all above reproach, I think that there are too many shades of blue in those photos. The bass, the jeans and the top all kinda don't go.....is it me??

<---been secretly watching "What Not To Wear" on TV.

Other countries, other habits...

At my home it's not allowed to play on the couch... (that's what I always tell my children...)

Lisa....that is a beautiful bass you got there. Congrats and believe me when I say this...THANK YOU for what you do. I won't get into it, but I have had too many trips to the hospital and people like you made sure I am alive today....:D

Big Poppa...again, a tremendous showing of your generosity and one of the gazillion reasons why we are all here. What a special place this is.......one big huge family here.

Jon, if you did anything to the bass (like you did) I know for a fact it plays like God himself touched it! You rock!

BP,

I think it's great that you engage in random acts of kindness. It's not like you're tooting your own horn.. and if someone else wants to toot it, I say let 'em. :)
