I played my new Stingray Sat. night. It's a double H model that I got from the Bovine. GREAT bass! Plays great, looks great, sounds out of this world.
So, about the third set, I thought, why don't you show the Bongo some love?

Well, the Bongo didn't fail me, but the batteries did.
Right in the middle of "Don't Be Cruel"
How fitting.
I set a record for the fastest bass change in history. I lost half the second verse and I was back in business.

So, to all you kiddies out there,

Don't be a dumbass like your uncle Tony, change the batteries every so often.

Class dismissed.

I'm impressed at your preparedness. To have two batteries close at hand during a gig is strong.

It took me 1/2 hour to find one out in the garage yesterday for my tuner.

Reminds me....It's time to change batteries on three of my four basses. Thanks for the reminder!
