Help! dead spots

I have a problem with my axis.there are some dead spots(notes that don't sustain so much as other notes) on some frets.Is it normal to have some dead spots? what can I do? can the problem be fixed?

not sure call up customer support.

i have had some notes lack sustain sometimes but im not sure of the cause of it, but i have not noticed any for awhile.

Hard to tell but it could be just a setup issue (truss rod)
