Nice woods, but a reversed headstock looks silly IMO.

Yes I agree, it looks a bit 'wrong' on first glance.
A double 'bucker/Mahogany body with a non-reversed headstock would do very nicely indeed. (The option of a Fernandes sustainer would be good too) Do you think the mahogany would be a lot heavier than alder?

I assume these are just raw prototypes. I'm not crazy about the reverse headstock myself, but this will be Luke's request/decision and I'll reserve my personal judgement until I see the final finished instrument.

I'd LOVE to know how he finds the difference in tone woods. Three almost identical guitars with different bodies. I'd be great to have some videos or recordings of them in testing! :)

Agreed, as bare wood is nice but if any make the cut will they have finish? A dual hum reverse headstock would have my interest.

I’ve seen other makes with 2 over 4 headstocks.

Like the 4 over 2 that EB has the patent for. Who owns the patent for 2 over 4?

reverse headstocks! looks very weired to me and makes me feel a bit like: "the 80s are back!" :)
...and all rosewood necks, that´s cool!
