That's a mighty fine lookin' Bongo. Can't wait to check it out soon.

I give it a couple of months and if and when he tries to sell it, i'm definitely going to have to sell my soul for it.

Wait, i'm wanting a 4 string? Um, what's wrong with me?

Your 19 now Andrew, your growing up , when young men are in the middle of puberty, they want 5 string basses, with a BIG extra string to make up for the lack of other things.....Now that your getting past that stage, you're coming to your senses and wanting a 4 string. :D :D :D

And then when you hit 50 you will have to buy a Corvette and a lot of gold chains.

I could never get past the color, to tell you the truth. The thing is a scalded ape and everything anyone in their right mind would need in a bass.

So, wait--is 'scalded ape' a good thing, or a bad thing?

Poppa is right, there will be another Bongo 4H in my future, but I only have room for so many in my studio, and I cannot keep many around the living spaces and still keep the limitedly patient Mrs. Burst happy. She is still slightly shell-socked from the P-Bass purchase.

Well, a '54 PBass is some shell...Pretty cool. I was just drooling over a '54 in the John Entwistle Bass Collection book. Since you already own the end of bass evolution with your Bongos, you might as well own the beginning, too. ;)

Congrats! She's a beauty...

hit it and quit it. 2 weeks :p

Nah I believe it will stay for a while.

Under normal circumstances, 2 weeks might be over guessing a bit.:D

BUT, as bad as Ive missed that Single H Bongo I sold, Id have to be nuts or be going after a sparkle to off this one. I mean a GOOD sparkle too.
