Hi,

I've been looking to give a JP6 (reg version not BFR) a try out at my local long and mcquade store but haven't seen one in ages.

Today I had a chance to try a sterling JP100 out and it felt great so since it seems that I won't get to try out a JP6 anytime soon my question is how are the neck dimensions on the JP6 compared to the JP100??

Thanks for the reply.

I've already seen this info though.

Basically I'm looking for differences like the necks, are they the same dimensions or pretty close?

To add on to this I currently own an Ibanez JPM so how would the neck on the JP6 compare with that??

night and day difference in comparison to the Ibanez JPM model, that is one tree trunk of a neck, I just picked up a JPM100 a couple weeks ago and was quite surprised at the thickness of the neck, I have both a Dargie II JP6 and a Black Sugar Roasted, the MM necks are so nice, wide and fairly flat..feels closer in size to my early Jem's, JP6's unfinished is the most comfortable neck in my lot, but that is pretty personal preference I suppose.
