Does anyone have this info at hand? Just trying to put a shipping reference together...

Cheers!

you own 9 different musicman basses and don't have a factory hard case for any of them...?

I only have 1 stingray and it came in one of those taco cases... but either way, I can't believe any of my EBMM cases weigh 10 pounds empty... Hmmm...

Standard SR5 HSC - 57" x 17" x 5". Wife's in bed - no access to bathroom scale WITH a bass guitar case,

sorry dude, i don't use gig bags.. my taco-style case = 47 3/4"L, 14 3/4"W, 4 1/2"H, approx. weight is... well, I'll be damned we're talkin' 14 pounds! SKB-style case is 51 1/4"L, 17"w, 5"H and evidently 11.8 #...

I wouldn't have guessed either kind would have weighed more than 6 # each...

pardon my ignorance, but what the heck is a taco case? Both of my MM basses came in the HUGE case, that is definitely larger than a standard "economy" SKB case, which is what my Carvin basses are in. The MM cases look to be modified SKB 44 series bass cases.

Taco case...? I don't know. I was referring to the black plastic hardshell case the new SR/SR5s generally seem to come in. There's a StingRay/Stingray 5 label next to the handle, so I assume it's the official factory case.
