My wife and I had dinner with Keith Baim last night in beautiful Morro Bay. If any of you forumites get the chance to meet him, do it. He is a great guy and it was a blast hanging out with him.

That was a very cool evening. :D

Jon is great. His wife terrific and pretty. And another Ernie Baller was providing the entertainment on guitar. One Frank something-or-other.

RE: FRANK
He was like almost a half hour late and the first thing out of his mouth after he sets up is, "Thank you very much. I'm gonna take a quick break..."

Funny!

When I first read the title, I was cool, Toby Keith, nah, he said Keith not Toby. Then I thought, Keith Jarret, nah who wants to meet him. Then I said, KEITH MOON, I was like wait a second, that would have to be a out of body experience.

I hope some day I have the opportunity to meet some of you dudes too.

Well, I for one can say that Jon is even nicer and funnier in person.

Driving along the central coast of california is one of my favorite drives, long before I discovered ERNIE BALL guitars. And I have very fond memories of SLO from my stand-up comedy days at the Embassy Suites Hotel there (my opening was coming out with a sheet of paper saying there were a list of words the hotel didn't want me using on stage...then reading -- HILTON, HYATT, MARRIOTT, SHERATON).

But I feel we're very lucky to have formed this community as the company and it's employees treat us so well. And gives me another reason to get up that way.

Looking forward to next time Jon.
