Just received my second Silo Special, a SSS to go along with my HSS. I have read that all necks on these are identical but these necks feel different. The SSS feels wider and slimmer than the HSS. Granted the difference is very slight and they're both super. Am I losing it or are there differences? By the way, the SSS feels and sounds better than any Strat I've ever played. I ordered Fralins before I got the guitar but after hearing these pups, can the Fralins be that much better?

EBMM necks are hand finished/sanded, so there are often very slight differences in the neck profiles, but all Silhouette Specials should have the same basic neck - the differences shouldn't be anything radical. BTW, I have noticed that the neck on a hardtail Axis "feels" different than the neck on a trem-equipped Axis. It isn't actually any different, but the trem or lack thereof somehow makes it feel different to me...

Some variation exists in my experience.
2 of my lukes are small V necks,
2 others are wider fuller and more rounded.
