do you guys string your guitars like this?

Well if you are referring to EBMM's nope. Since they have the locking tuners you pretty much just need to push the string thru, release the lock and snip it. Pretty darn easy and smart of EBMM for thinking of this.
Granted I've only done this a couple of times myself, so I'm trying to remember off the top of my head. If I have any of this incorrect, please feel free to correct me.

Oh on a side note, BB King wraps the entire length of excess string around the post...I guess he figures the friction works better for a non-locking tuner!
My EBMM Steve Morse signature (that hasn't got the locking tuners but does have a locking nut because it's the tremolo one) had the strings wrapped around the post as described on the site. So I guess that EB does it also in that manner on their non locking tuner models. Although, because of the locking nut, I don't know why it is wrapped like that, but it looks pretty OK to me.

I always string my acoustics that way.
I string my floyd-equipped guitars differently, with the ball end living up there in the tuning peg, and I'm careful that the string wraps beneath the ball when the tuning key is turned.
I string my EBMM Petrucci by putting the string through the locking tuner and bending it sharply before I clamp down and snip off the excess.

Yeah there are no locking tuners on my guitar. I kinda thought this method was weird because of the way he twisted the string around the string before tightening. But my guitar is still in tune so thats the important part.
