DOB for my old stingray?

probably a '77 but the only way to know for sure is to take the neck off.

The dates of the body ( in the neck pocket) and the neck should be stamped or written there.

EB didn't get any of the information about serial numbers when the bought the company from leo

If not check Gavs sight and you might get a rough estimation

Most likely an early 1977.

What's the colour of the finish, pickguard and pickup?

On the headstock logo, After "Music Mam" is there a "TM" or an encircled 'R'.

I dont especially want to take off the neck but it has a black pickguard and pickups with a natural finish. It has a TM on the headstock after Music Man and before StingRay Bass
