DOB for my SUB?

But, I do have the pictures the seller posted on the 'Bay. Am I allowed to use those, or are those technically "his"?If you want to be technical, I am sure they are his, assuming they didn't get them from somewhere else.
In this case I cannot see this as being a deal to worry about.
I am sure they are not professionally photographed.
I wouldn't consider it intellectual property in this situation. I personally would post them.

Well what I want is a Silo, but if I get impatient I might have to do the SUB thing (not that there's anything wrong with that!

I didn't know they use different material on the back of the neck, what is it? and is this being used to lower costs??
