Derek Well-known member Feb 19, 2004 #3 The Seriel numbers are not in the system. Usually they do not start with 1. The neck date on the guitar is the only way to check the date accuratley. Thanks Derek

Derek Well-known member Feb 20, 2004 #5 Both guitars were made January 02. The Silhouette Special guitar was a Namm Show piece that showed the Fushia Sparkle color. The Fushia did not make it to our color chart and the guitar was auctioned off. Silver Sparkle was discontinued sometime in 02. Thanks Derek
