I must be honest, I should really be up to date with all of this. But Beth faxed me all the info within 24hrs and without an email from me. Thanks to Beth and Kevin and of course BP
I'm the proud owner of 144 - but I had to import them (sorry guys)
Quick question - they were int he original box and don't look fake - and I don't want pick support but....
the picks with the black ink - (blue, yellow and...) the ink smudges when my fingers get warm, is this right or I did buy copies and I'll have to go set fire to the seller??
I know protocol is to contact customer service but If I called up for this you'd think it was the Jerky boys!
Smelly.......if there is a customer service question that you want to ask, please feeel free to e-mail me. You have my e-mail on hand, and its no trouble at all to answer questions like this. Thats why we have customer service, take advantage PM or e-mail me these customer service questions.
A: It is not abnormal for black ink to run or wear off on imprinted picks. It all hinges on ones own personal body chemistry as well as the amount of sweat produced when playing. While Black works great for most people, Gold and Silver ink always tend to last the longest.
Any of your local Ernie Ball dealers can take your custom pick order, generally there is a 3-4 week wait time on custom orders(Give or take). For ordering and pricing information contact your local dealer.
