I was just curious if Mr. Lee himself owns/plays the AL in either the MM90 or HH configuration. The only clips or photos I've seen show him with either the original AL or the BFR AL. Has anyone seen him play live with the other AL configs?

Thanks!

I would believe he has a few, but for his style of playing an s-s-s configuration is where his tone lies, unless he may have used one on a session. But I think the HH configuration was more of a gift to us, and I do not feel like slipping into a Flame Retardant Suit lol as it is just me speculating. But with all the CS post that are made Sterling always states that this is the way the artist likes their guitar, and thats why there is no changing them. So my guess is Albert had no problem having an HH model come out and I am very happy he did as I would assume so are many more.

Glad he is digging it Sterling, as I will be digging my AL HH RM/BS. Then again I would dig Albert playing a broom handle with rubber bands as the guy is a living legend with super human talent, and as humble as a guy can be.

<Fishing> - will we get a chance to dig the 3 h? :)

Wondering the same thing, think about a Black Sugar Roasted Maple AL HHH, yum, yum.

I'd buy one of those for sure. :)

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE???????????????????????????????????????????

I hope to be interviewing Albert next week. Can't wait he's a true gentleman

Very nice, Colin. If you do interview him and you have the time to ask, it would be interesting to see his thoughts on the AL and how it's spawned the MM90, HH, and possibly the HHH versions.

He used a gorgeous sparkly green 3XH AL at a gig at The Castle, North London in March for a few numbers. He said it was non-production guitar EBMM had given him. The sound was awesome. A full fat Albert.

Then there was the gig he did jan 07 in henderson nevada near vegas...where he actually played my honeyburst AL the entire second set.

Pugninja has a photo of that one (or had). May have been posted before. Can't recall.

But i remember thinking my guitar never sounded so good. :p
