I've also ordered a Little Mark 2 and 102P cab as my practice amp. I'm getting tired of lugging my GK 4X10 to practice all the time and wanted to save my back.

Nope, those are my thoughts exactly. I will have my rack with my Demeter and Crown for large shows and the LMK II for practice. I have a GK 1001 2x10 combo right now for practice, but it is not a light cabinet by any means. I fully understand and support your decision. After all none of us are getting any younger.

It doesn't help that EBMM basses are addictive. I managed to (somehow) sell off my Bongo a few months ago, but now that my DD is nearing completion, I'm starting to get the shakes.

I can feel myself getting pulled back in, just like when I first held my Bongo . . .
