Vinne Moore, John Pettruci, Steve Morse, Albert Lee, Luke..am I missing some? Anyway, some of the finest guitarist to walk the earth all play EBMM and love them, record with them, gig with them....does this not speak volumes? I have had my EBMM Steve Morse for a little over a month now, and after i got over that this was "Steves" guitar and started discovering all the glorious tones that I can create with this machine, and got the newness of worring about scratching the finish with my pick,( I do however spend alot of time polishing it after I practice), and after all my hand pain is gone from years of playing my Les Paul (EBMM necks are incredible), I am totally stoked on this Guitar. My live sound has more definition and versitility, my recorded sound has leaped into new dimensions, my hands are doing things i had trouble with on my LP, i am one happy camper. Hooked for life....

PS- the guy that did not get his case, GC screwed you no doubt. Make a stink and get it.

True dat. Music Man makes the most comfortable necks out of any guitar I've ever played. Just thinking about the oiled finish gives me a huge chubby.

And I used to think my LP was the best guitar ever.... ha!

Nick, you're disclosing WAY too much information about your true feelings about your guitar. ;)

Don't knock LP's too much...they are good guitars, and you can get some pretty decent tones outta them, but there's just so many of them out there and in use! Like, it's a requirement to have the standard Marshall or Mesa/Boogie amp to go along with your Fender Strat or LP. I'll take my EVH's over those any day of the week, and twice on Sunday. :)

haha, no worries, I don't take my love for my guitars THAT far...

I do sometimes sleep with them next to my bed on the first day I get it, though. Is that normal? I'm getting my Silhouette in the mail in the next few days!

Since I started playing Music Man I have tried to find a Les Paul I like. Really I tried. After I play my Music man for four hours, I'm ready to play for four more. I remember my first exposure to MM was at a Steve Morse clinic. I knew then that I would soon own a Music Man guitar. Now I have 7 of them. I've got GAS bad. (Guitar Acquisition Syndrome)

In some countries, possibly...here, we're more the type to simply give 'er a good ogle before calling it a night.

Now, my purple EVH was in my bedroom over the last few days, but only due to the fact that it was the coolest/only non-humid room in the house (red was at drummer's air conditioned house). We typically just said our goodnights, and went our seperate ways for the evening. ;)

But I guess I can't fault someone for being gaga for their gee-tars, including myself. I can still be concerned, though... ;)
